Where drugstores lose recurring sales
If your store runs like this, loyal customers are one tap from switching pharmacies:
Continuous use without refills
The blood-pressure or diabetes customer buys every month, but nobody tracks the cycle. By the time they remember, they are already at another pharmacy or a marketplace.
Out of stock on exactly what they wanted
The box ran out on the shelf while the system still shows inventory. The customer leaves empty-handed and takes the rest of the basket with them.
Price questions with no reply
A prescription photo or a product name arrives asking for the price. While the counter is busy, nobody answers and the sale walks away.
Generics never offered
The clerk forgets to present the cheaper alternative or the higher-margin one. The customer finds it expensive and drops it, or compares at home and never comes back.
Expiry becoming loss
The batch expires at the back of the shelf with no warning. There was no time to promote it, move it between stores or return it to the distributor.
Delivery only through the app
Delivery happens through the marketplace, with high commission and no customer data. You hand over the product and the app keeps the relationship.
The result: repeat customers who disappear without notice, sales lost to stockouts on fast-moving items, and margin handed over to app commissions.
What we solve in drugstores
We define the tools in our portfolio that fit your store and build custom only where nothing fits. The operation stays in your POS.
Continuous-use refills
From purchase history, the automation calculates when the box runs out and reaches the customer before that, with the order ready and pickup or delivery as options.
Stockout alerts by velocity
When a fast-moving item stops selling for no clear reason, the stocker is alerted before customers notice the gap.
WhatsApp service
Price, availability and hours answered instantly, even with a full counter. Anything requiring a pharmacist is routed with the context already gathered.
Price tracking
Comparison of your prices against the market on the items that bring customers in, so you decide where to compete and where to hold margin.
Expiry flagged early
Batches nearing expiry surface in advance so they can become a promotion, a transfer between stores or a return, instead of a write-off.
Own delivery organized
Order, route and confirmation in a single flow, with the customer record staying with you rather than with the app.
How we roll it out
Without replacing the POS and without closing the store:
Reading the history
We connect to your system to understand item velocity, refill cycles for recurring customers and where stockouts happen.
Defining tools and rules
We compare the market options that fit your store and budget, and define with you what can be answered automatically and what requires a pharmacist. If no option solves it, we assess building custom.
Pilot on one front
We start with continuous-use refills, the most direct return, and measure before expanding to the other flows.
Assisted expansion
With the first flow stable, we activate stockouts, expiry and delivery, with support and rule tuning.
What changes in the operation
Before and after the store starts tracking customers and inventory:
Customer contacted before the box runs out
Restocking flagged by velocity, not by complaints
Prices answered even with a full counter
Batch flagged while it can still be sold
Drugstores that stopped losing loyal customers
"We knew who the continuous-use customers were, but we had no way to track them one by one. Now the system warns before they run out and the refill is ours again."
Marcelo Tavares
Owner - Neighborhood drugstore, Sorocaba
"WhatsApp was full of unanswered messages because the counter never stopped. Now price and availability go out instantly, and technical questions reach me with the context ready."
Simone Aguiar, PharmD
Licensed pharmacist - Drugstore, Jundiaí
Questions from drugstores
What usually comes up before starting:
Will the AI recommend medication to customers?
No. It answers price, availability, hours and order status. Any question about indication, dosage, interaction or substitution is routed to the pharmacist with the conversation history ready.
Do you sell software for drugstores?
We have a portfolio of tools and manage the implementation of all of them. In the diagnosis we define which ones fit your store and handle the integration — licences stay in your name, contracted directly with each vendor. When no existing tool solves it, then we build custom.
Do I need to replace my POS?
In most cases no. We integrate with the system you already use to read velocity, inventory and purchase history. When a change is justified, we present the options and the cost of each before any decision.
How do refills work without annoying customers?
Contact is timed by the product's own cycle, not by mass campaigns. Customers choose whether to receive it and through which channel, and can opt out at any time.
What about controlled medication?
Controlled products are excluded from automatic refills and automated replies. Those cases are directed to the counter for the prescription retention and in-person service required by law.
Does this work for a single-store drugstore?
Yes. Continuous-use refills are usually where independent stores lose most to chains and marketplaces, and it is precisely the flow that depends least on scale to work.
Where we operate
Headquartered in Jundiaí, on the Campinas–Jundiaí–São Paulo corridor. We travel to your operation.
Southeast Brazil
National chains on every corner pressuring independent pharmacies. Continuous-use medication is what separates retention from pure price competition.
South Brazil
Strong regional chains and customers loyal to the counter, where refills depend more on relationship than on an app.
Northeast Brazil
Fast chain expansion and a heavy share of generics in the basket. A stockout on continuous-use medication costs the whole customer.
Central-West Brazil
High income and a strong chain presence, where continuous-use customers are contested through loyalty programmes.
Outside Brazil, we work remotely with companies in Lisbon, Madrid, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Bogotá and Miami. We have no office in these countries: the work is entirely remote, in the client’s time zone and language.
How many repeat customers did you lose this month?
We look at your store history and show where refills are leaking.
Full diagnosis of your operation, at no cost and with no commitment.
